PEPPERMINT PATTIE BUNDT CAKE

 

 

Preheat oven to 350º

 

 

Chocolate Cake Batter Mix

4 large eggs (room temp.),

2 sticks butter (softened)

1 cup chocolate milk (room temp.)

2 tsp Peppermint Extract

 

Combine all ingredients and beat on medium

speed for 3 minutes until well blended.

 

Pour batter in greased and floured 12 inch

Bundt pan. Bake for one hour until done.

 

Let cool for 20 minutes and remove from baking pan.

 

 

Drizzled Icing

 

Mix: 1 cup unsweetened chocolate, melted

½ tsp peppermint extract

Drizzle over cooled cake
